I've been running customer Accelerators for learning tech vendors and the feedback has blown me away🤩, and now I'm really excited to open this up to a broader and more diverse L+D community. Eligibility is based on the collective potential of the applicants and how you complement one another, rather than anyone's individual profile. My goal is to ensure that the balance of giving and receiving value by participants is fair. It's also important that you're available for the sessions to support your fellow participants.

I know a lot about the world of skills, but I don’t profess to be a guru and I can't give you a fixed path to the promised land! Don't apply if you're looking for a taught curriculum.
I am an expert facilitator and I create really productive collaboration experiences based on integral facilitation, action learning and mastermind methods. I also help you increase your capacity to work with complexity.
You'll be actively working on your own skills strategy during the Accelerator. We'll be hands-on developing your strategy, pilot or project.
Collectively, we will form a peer advisory group and take turns to coach and offer advice and suggestions to each other.
You'll get time and space away from business-as-usual to focus on strategic goals. Plus it's lots of fun and you'll feel really supported and energized!
In previous Accelerators, participants have advanced their work in mapping taxonomies, scaling up reskilling programs, figuring out where to start, inspiring a disengaged employee population, approaching self-assessment and more!
