Getting perspective on your skills strategy

A two-hour interactive workshop to expand your knowledge of skills-based practices and explore your own perspective in the complex and evolving world of skills.

Time to get some perspective?

The word "skill" has been used in the workplace for decades, but these days, that word has taken on a whole new level of importance. Whether you're feeling curious or confused, optimistic or skeptical, FOMO or fatigue, this workshop will help you expand your knowledge and explore your own unique point of view on this complex and evolving development.

Expand your knowledge

We'll dive into topics like:

  • The concept of the skills-based organization

  • The problems skills-based practices can solve

  • Who’s using skills-based practices and to what end

  • How to make sense of the jargon, frameworks, and tech landscape

Enjoy time and space to develop your perspective

We’ll also explore your current realities and probe topics that might inform your unique point of view:

  • Does my organization experience the pain points that skills-based practices solve?

  • How much change is required, and is my organization ready for it?

  • Am I feeling supported to invest my energy in transformational work?
