I felt accepted, valued, appreciated on the Skills Strategy Accelerator, like being part of a group of work colleagues who have known each other for a long time.I particularly appreciated the inclusive, participant centric way of designing, planning and conducting the sessions, the non judgemental open exchange climate and the opportunity to validate ideas in vivo.
The program provided me with a structure which allowed me to set a pace for working on the topic. It worked quite well, provided some useful perspectives and allowed me to validate one important aspect of my current work which allowed me to be clearer in my decision making process.
