Claire Doody, Founder

Claire Doody is a globally experienced change leadership expert with over two decades of experience in helping organizations and individuals lead through complexity. Before founding Work In Motion, she led global transformation efforts at Twitter — including the How We Work initiative — and held senior roles in organizational development, learning, and innovation across sectors from tech to education.

Claire has worked with change leaders at Roche, Diageo, Twilio, Eventbrite, Flutter, Valtech, and many more as the co-creator of Udemy's Leaders Lab program. Through this work, she’s seen first-hand how hard it is to lead real transformation.

Work In Motion is her answer: a learning and advisory practice that offers a fresh, pragmatic, and human-centered approach to leading change.
