A space for leaders to make sense of complex organizational change.

Recurring facilitated sessions where senior leaders bring real challenges, exchange insights, and grow their capacity to lead complex change together.

Leading change at a senior level can be isolating, and there are few safe spaces to speak openly, test ideas, or explore the current reality with both curiosity and critical thinking. Change Leadership Circles are small-group, facilitated sessions designed for real-time sensemaking, support, and strategic insight.

What happens

This experience is ideal for senior leaders who are leading significant change in their respective parts of the organization.
