Work together to develop your capacity to adapt.
A half-day facilitated session to help intact teams make sense of complexity and align on ways of working when the ground keeps shifting.
Adaptive Teams is a half-day workshop designed for intact teams who want to build trust, increase mutual awareness, and align on how to work well together in the face of uncertainty. It’s practical, reflective, and grounded in real work — not just theory.Â
What we’ll cover
This session is built on the principles of Coherent Change Leadership.Â
Â
Reflect on how you respond to uncertainty, both individually and collectively as a team.
Map the natural polarity between fluidity and predictability — and how to leverage both.
Explore complexity in the context of your team’s work.
Identify aspects of your team’s work that need more structure, and those aspects that require more fluidity.
Align on shared practices to stay connected, grounded, and effective amid change.
How it works

Format: Half-day workshop (in-person or virtual)

Participants: Designed for intact teams (6–12 people ideal)

Includes: Pre-session alignment call with the team lead, tailored session design, and post-session synthesis.
When uncertainty arises, team dynamics get tested. Some people seek predictability through structure, others struggle to commit to a plan, and the team can feel misaligned. With the right structure and support, teams can become more adaptive — not by eliminating uncertainty, but by learning to navigate it together.Â
