Change Strategy Team Intensives are immersive, facilitated offsites designed to bring your core stakeholders into the same room (virtual or physical), work through your strategy, and align on how you'll move forward — including the tensions you’ll hold along the way.Â

- Surfacing assumptions, disagreements, and sticking points.
- Identifying tensions to hold (rather than resolve too soon).
- Exploring governance, roles, and ways of working.
- Creating a high-level roadmap or set of agreed-upon next steps.

1-2 day intensive (in-person or virtual)
 Pre-session diagnostic conversation, stakeholder interviews, custom session design, facilitation, and post-session synthesis notes/recommendations
